My Thoughts:

First, I want to thank Shiloh for allowing me to be apart of her blog tour.  I love this series and was so excited to get the chance to preview this book ( I had been waiting — sometimes impatiently for it).  But now its time is here.  Normally, I would do my own summary of the book and what it was about but in this case I am not going to.  I think that this book is so good that you really just need to get out there and read it for yourself!  I know for me I got sucked into this book and read it all in one sitting.  I am thrilled that it meet and exceeded all of my expectations.  I find Shiloh’s approach to this series very refreshing and different.  I think the way that Nessa is forced to handle her emotions in this book makes it different than other paranormal books I have read recently.  Shiloh Walker has a wonderful style and a certain flair for being scenes and characters to life and Nessa is one of my all time favorite characters.  My only concern, if it can really be one, is that there were times where the story slowed down a bit and I had to make myself focus to get though it but those were few and pretty far between.   While I know I told you I read it in one sitting, it still did slow down in parts where I just had to keep reading because I knew it was going to pick up again.

My Rating:

4.5 of 5 stars.  I highly recommend this book and hope you will go check it out!
