Synopsis

Wanted: Bride. Must love children. Mortals need not apply.
Carlos Panterra is looking for a mate, a woman who will love and care for the young orphans he’s recently taken under his wing (or paw, as the case may be). When the shape shifter spies the beautiful Caitlyn, it’s like sunshine amidst the darkness. At last, he’s found the perfect woman, except . . .
Caitlyn Whelan is mortal. Worse, her father is the head of a CIA agency bent on hunting the undead. Still, Caitlyn knows that Carlos is the man for her, shape shifter or not. So she jumps at the chance when her sister offers her a job to work with him, determined to show Carlos their attraction is more than just animal magnetism. But danger lurks in the night, and their unleashed, untamed passion might just get them both killed . . .

My thoughts

Ok so seriously what is better than a super hot shapeshifter?!?! I love this series!  Sherrelyn Sparks always fills us in on what is going on in the lives of those at Romatech Industries and brings us a new and wonderful story line! This time is about Caitlyn, who is Shanna’s younger sister, even though their dad has warned her to stay away from Romatech she feels as though she is missing out on having her sister, so she goes to the birthday party for her nephew and walks into a whole new world.  She learns that there are vampires and maybe even more out there that she never knew about.  Suddenly she is overwhelmed and takes a walk in the court yard where she is approached by two young children who are very sad.  She finds out that there are the children on the man she had been checking out when she first arrived, Carlos.  They share an AMAZING kiss and then he acts like it is a huge mistake.  Caitlyn learns that Carlos is a were-panther and that he is going to search for his perfect mate as their species is going extinct.  But Caitlyn  isn’t willing to let him go that easy and ends up going on the trip and his interpretor since she can learn any language in less than a hour.  Danger is lurking in every corner will then end up okay?
There are some amazing tense and wonderful love scenes in this book!  It was one hot read and very enjoyable!  I cannot way for more books in this series!
