Which hour was most daunting for you?
Well, I did not get to do a ton of reading this go around but at about 1:30 AM I could not keep my eyes open any longer. I am getting old, not really but boy is it hard to stay up late
Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year?
ttyl by Lauren Myracle is written in IMs between friends the format makes it a different read
Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year?
I think that it could be fun to have a special prize for the person who reads the most pages during the readathon. I know that it would be on the honor systems but I think it could be fun.
What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon?
Cheering – it was made so simple with a list and simple directions on where to start to ensure everyone in the list got it. Thanks for making it so simple

The Hands of Tarot by SM Blooding
If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders?
I found it really easy to use the first 10 minutes of every hour that I was reading to cheer. I just went through the list and then started with the extra. Don’t get frustrated with the captcha just go with it.
How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time?
I will for sure. I hope that I can actually set aside the whole day rather than having preset plans for the day. I will cheer and read again. I have had fun doing both during all of the 24 hour challenges I have done.

I agree with ttyl as a good book for readathon. There’s also a sequel (I think?) which I’ve never read, but it’d be a good way to get through 2 books easily.
And I’m not sure about the idea of having a prize for the person who reads the most pages, because everyone reads at a different pace, and it would discourage the slow readers.

You did great! Glad you liked The Perfect Hope as I am looking forward to that book.
