This Week’s Teaser Tuesday

Invincible Summer by Hannah Moskowitz: NOOK Book Cover

Invincible Summer by Hannah Moskowitz

Noah’s happier than I’ve seen him in months. So I’d be an awful brother to get in the way of that. It’s not like I have some relationship with Melinda. It was just a kiss. Am I going to ruin Noah’s happiness because of a kiss?

Across four sun-kissed, drama-drenched summers at his family’s beach house, Chase is falling in love, falling in lust, and trying to keep his life from falling apart. But some girls are addictive….

The restaurant is one of those steakhouses with dark wood booths and barely enough light to read the menu.  When we go out, it’s usually to a steakhouse, they tend to have macaroni and cheese, which is a staple when you have three kids under thirteen. But Claudia orders something in French, with a French accent, smiling the whole time at the shorthaired waitress.  Claude’s wearing this dress – it’s green and clings to her shoulders, and it makes me uncomfortable.

Now I hope that you will share your Teaser Tuesday with me!

“Oh please. Me? Nothing like it.  Maggie and me, we’re as different as a palm tree and an oak.  I had to go back into that room, me expecting a baby in a month, you understand, me as big as that Statler mansion were you fell into the swimming pool–“

“It would be polite not to remember that afternoon out loud.”

Wanda was always glad to get a rise out of her young friend.

Now, I hope that you will share your teaser with me this week.  I am looking forward to finding some new books so please leave me a comment. Comments can be left by click the button on the top right of this post.
