    • thanks April!

  1. Oh you should start with Pamela Clare. LOVE her books. Have to say…Hard Evidence (I-Team series book #2) is my favorite. Have fun reading Breaking Point!
    _yay_ @ BookthatThing

  2. You had a great week!!!!

PS Im sure I’ll still love the book you sent me!!!

  3. Great mailbox this week 🙂 There are quite a few awesome looking reads there, hope you have a great weekend and happy reading! 🙂 Book Savvy Babe

  4. Wow! You had an awesome week! Happy Reading!

My IMM goes up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by!

    Have a GREAT weekend!

    Old Follower 🙂

  5. Oh I’ve read the first book by James Owen and I still have to get around to reading The Search for the Red Dragon. James acutally lives in AZ so I see him at least twice a year at events. He is a crazy but very funny guy, he will even draw you a dragon in your book when he signs it, very cool.
I need to pick up that Clare series since most people seem to like it.
    Enjoy everything you got 🙂

  6. I haven’t heard of the Private series before, but based on the covers, it looks like something I’d want to check out. Thanks for the tip!

  7. I’ve always loved the few books from the Private series I’ve read. Lots of other goodies too! While it’s sad that book stores are closing those final sales are so aweseome.

    • I agree that is is super sad they are closing but I have been enjoying the sales. I have never read any of the Private series but they were $0.40 each I really couldn’t turn them down.

  8. You did find some good ones at Borders! I’m glad I went the first of the last three days cause it was pretty slim pickings already! I guess there was quite a bit of literary fiction but I didn’t see anything I was really dying for in that area. Glad you found some good ones!

    • I agree with the slim picking we took our time and really looked. I was happy to find what we did.

  9. Oooh! I love book deals. It sucks that Borders is closing for everyone in the US, but at least you’ll all get some awesome deals before it’s completely gone. 🙂 That’s one bright side to look at, I guess. lol

You got some awesome books this week! I can’t wait to see what you think of Dairy Queen, that ones been one I’ve had my eye on. 😉

Happy Reading and thanks for stopping by my IMM! 😀
    Ambur

    • Thanks Ambur! I might just read it next!

  10. Our Borders is picked over but they aren’t having the sales, which sucks.

  11. Nice mailbox! I love The Pioneer Woman! 😀 I’ve never read her book, but her cookbook and her blog are both fantastic! Enjoy!

  12. Yep! I went to Borders too! I feel like mine still has one more Price drop left, so I might go back to check it out again!

  13. Wow! What a great haul this week!!! Our Borders dropped to 80% and 90% too…all of the ones I purchased today will be on next week’s IMM. But I have stopped there at least once a week in the last month lol.

    New Follower btw 🙂

  14. I liked the first Private novel. Haven’t read the rest. I hope you enjoy!

  15. You got an lot of books this week, happy reading.

Thanks for stopping by my blog
PS I love your blog title. It is just such a fitting title for all book lovers 🙂

  16. Ohh! Busy mailbox! I’m unfamiliar with most of the books you got this week, with the exception of the Private novels and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe… Regardless, I hope you enjoy reading them all! 🙂

  17. Wow! You did absolutely fantastic :o]

The nearest bookstore (aside from the small tourist trap) is 90 miles away! I miss browsing in B & N, Borders, etc… I could stay in there all day long!

Congrats on your bargains and better yet, they’re good books!

New follower! Nice to meet you!

  18. I’m hoping to making it to Borders one last time this week even though it’ll be incredibly slim pickings!

You’ve got a great haul though! I have all the books in the Chronicles of Narnia series, but never read any of them! Haha!

    Happy Reading! 🙂

    Please check out my IMM!

  19. Nice IMM. That is some haul. Happy reading.

  20. I did my last Borders trip last week. Even with the great deals, it’s just rather sad to see it closing, especially as it was the only major bookstore in my CITY!!! … urgh … luckily, we have a couple of great indies here, so readers won’t be entirely bereft.

You got a great lot of books, though! Enjoy them all!

  21. I read and really enjoyed Dairy Queen a couple of years ago. A fun book…

  22. Oh it’s not often that I see someone who’s read or reading Kate Brian’s Private series! 🙂 I’ve read the first 11 books so far. They’re my guilty pleasure! 🙂
