Q. If you could write yourself a part in a book, what book would it be and what role would you play in that book?

Lisa’s Answer: I love The Outlander Series by Diana Galdadon.  I would have to write myself into that series as so one who was close with Claire so that I could go one these amazing adventures with her.  I would love to visit Scotland in both of the periods of time she travels too.  Not to mention living through all of that history.

Sure it would be hard, I mean giving up all of the conveniences we have today for horses and no technology but I still think that it would be an awesome adventure and probably make me appreciate the things I do have a lot more when I was able to come back through the standing stones to my modern world.

Outlander (20th Anniversary Edition)Voyager (Outlander Series #3)Drums of Autumn (Outlander Series #4)The Fiery Cross (Outlander Series #5)A Breath of Snow and Ashes (Outlander Series #6)An Echo in the Bone (Outlander Series #7)

This was a pretty easy question for me.  What about you? What book would your write yourself into?  Please be sure to let me know if you are a new follower.

  1. That would be fun. I’ve seen these books at the shops, they’re huge, I don’t think I could read them all.

  6. Me too! Love, love this series.

  7. Good pick! I loved the first book, wasn’t too excited about the other books in the series, but being a character in Outlander would be pretty cool… Book Savvy Babe

  8. I haven’t read this series yet. My boyfriend got a copy of the first one at Comic Con for me. I know it’s a short paperback, but it’s still over 800 pages…that kinda scares me! -old follower
